Boyd Cross Country Results- August 31, 2024

The Callisburg Cross Country Teams competed in the Boyd Yellow Jacket Invitational this Saturday and ran well against teams from all over the state of Texas. Five Callisburg runners set personal records in their races. There were 29 teams running this year.  

High School Boys: (5th Place Team) Cash Buckaloo led the Wildcats placing 25th overall. The team included Bentley Meals, Parker Rhoades, Caden Whittington, Jacob Splawn, Bailey Hairston, Caden KIdd, and Tatem Barber.  Fantastic Job High School Boys!!!

High School Girls: (11th Place Team) Mia Oliveira led the ladycats placing 19th overall. The team included Kaylee Walker, Sydney Headrick, Mara Noble and Kenzie Werner.

Middle School Girls: (12th Place Team) Top runners were Presley Wimmer and Jaina Mclellan. The team also included Lily Teer, Kourtney Bouchard, and Maivry Montgomery.

Middle School Boys: (8th Place Team) Caleb Hodkinson led the team placing 14th overall. The team included Kaden Cumming-Gillis, Zane Smith, Wyatt Wolfe, Leo Gilreath, Jesse Trammell, Lucas King, and Christopher Holmen.  Amazing Job Middle School Boys!!!

The next Cross Country Meet will be Saturday, September 7th at S & S High School.
