This will be my third year at Callisburg Middle School teaching 7^th Grade ELA.

My previous experience has been within the Department of Defense Schools, working at all grade levels within the U.S. During those duty stations, as a military wife, I had many opportunities to work within those local schools as a tutor and as inclusion support for K-5^th grade. In my off time, I also spent many hours sub teaching K-12^th grade. Middle School is probably my favorite age group to teach and I am excited to begin my third year at CMS.

I was born and raised in Gainesville, and attended GISD. I then went on to NCTC, where I played college Softball, sang in the Chorus, and finished my basics. I then transfered to UT arlington, and then finished out my Bachelor’s Degree at University of North Texas. I’ve also lived in Germany, and all over the U.S. as a military spouse. My daughter is a true military kid and will be attending CMS this fall. She is excited to be a part of Athletics and Cheerleading this year. We have a Beagle named Olive & a Yorkie named Jack Jack who are truly BFF’s!
