This is my 11^th year in education.  

I began my teaching career in Gainesville ISD teaching 5^th grade at Robert E. Lee Elementary school.  After that, I taught 4^th grade at Lindsay Elementary School.  Then I taught 7^th Grade English at the Callisburg Middle School.  Following that, I taught Family and Consumer Science at the Callisburg High School for one year.  For the last two years, I have been teaching kindergarten at Edison Elementary in Gainesville.  I am excited to be returning to my home town to teach kindergarten this year.

I have been married to my husband, Jason, for 23 years.  We live in Callisburg with our two sons. I love animals; I have 3 dogs and a cat.
