Dear Parent or Guardian,

- temperature of 100.1 or above
- pain and/or swelling at the angle of the jaw
- undetermined rash over any part of the body
- undiagnosed scaly patches on the body or scalp
- small white nits on shaft of hair (see head lice policy)
- red and/or draining eyes
- persistent diarrhea
- persistent vomiting
- intense itching with signs and symptoms of secondary infection
- open draining lesions or sores with signs and symptoms of secondary infection
A student may return to school when they are:
- Free of the signs and symptoms
- has been satisfactorily treated
- submits a signed physician's statement that he/she is no longer contagious
